How can I use my existing Tala account with a new phone? What do I do if I lost my phone?

If you want to use a new phone number, you must first have cleared your loan. Then, contact us at hola@talamobile.mx with the following information:

  1. Registered phone number
  2. CURP
  3. Registered email
  4. Telephone number you wish to register
