There are several possible reasons:
- Most likely, you have not finished your application. Enter the app and you will see an orange button that says REQUEST NOW. Click it and see if you still need to fill in any information.
- If you see a balance in your account as if you had an active loan, keep in mind that sometimes the loans take time to transfer especially if it is a weekend or you are out of the banking hours of Mexico (which is from Monday to Friday from 9 to 5 ). Check your account the next business day.
- It may also be that the loan did reach your account but your bank stopped it if you have outstanding fees. We recommend you ask your bank to confirm the deposit.
